Our Work is Passion-Driven. Just Like You Are

Passion drives success. And that’s what unites us as partners working towards one common goal - athlete and brand success.

Our impact on the industry is pegged on our programs and services that we extend to you as an athlete and the brand sponsors pushing you on.

Here’s how our plan and structure comes together.

Programs-Driven Results

Programs lie at the core of MSA’s work. We nurture, train, and uplift talent at all stages to ensure the athlete is an all-rounded sports person that can do more than just perform on track. These include offering trainings and workshops covering topics such as legal, finance, contracts, sports nutrition, social intelligence, and antidoping.

Our goal is to make athlete success transitive.

Have a look at some of the impact our programs have had.

Little Giants

Golf Training at our Little Giant Schools

In a sport historically viewed as exclusive, Little Giants is rewriting the script. By introducing golf to young learners in Kitengela, Limuru, Millenium Global, Kileleshwa Academy among others, we’re not only teaching swing mechanics and putting techniques — we’re instilling discipline, focus, and self-belief. With guidance from certified US Kids coaches, children are building confidence on and off the green.

Nutrition Training at Syokimau Football Academy

Elite performance begins with informed choices. That’s why we brought essential sports nutrition training to young footballers in Syokimau. Through interactive sessions, they learned how to fuel their bodies for peak performance, recovery, and long-term health — laying the foundation for habits that last a lifetime.

MSA Factory

Emotional Intelligence Training with Kingdom Marines

In a powerful session with Kingdom Bank’s football team — the Kingdom Marines, we explored the critical role of emotional intelligence in performance and leadership.

"Mastering your emotions is the key to mastering your game."

Whether it’s bouncing back from defeat or staying composed under pressure, emotional control sets elite athletes apart. Through this training, players learned how to manage stress, improve communication, and maintain focus in high-stakes moments — a mindset shift that can change the game entirely.

Following the training, the Kingdom Bank football team went on to win their first game ever.

Legal & Financial Literacy with Kenya Pro Golfers

Meanwhile, we partnered with Kenya Pro Golfers for a tailored legal and financial literacy workshop.

From budgeting and saving to investment basics and athlete-specific financial planning, this session gave players the tools to take control of their future — turning short-term wins into long-term wealth.

4th Eldoret City Marathon

Managing the 4th Eldoret City Marathon — A Victory for Sport and Sustainability

Momentum Sports Africa proudly served as the event managers for the 4th edition of the Eldoret City Marathon—one of Kenya’s premier long-distance running events. Held in the high-altitude heartland of Eldoret, the marathon brought together top-tier athletes, thousands of spectators, and a shared vision for climate responsibility.

More than just a race, the Eldoret City Marathon stands out for its strong commitment to climate action. Under the theme of "Running for Climate Action," the event integrated tree planting initiatives aimed at environmental restoration, an aspect that aligned perfectly with our values at Momentum Sports Africa.
